Georgian Court University -- with campuses in Lakewood and Woodbridge, New Jersey -- is a Roman Catholic liberal arts school providing undergraduate and graduate education to more than 3,000 students. While the school focuses on educating women through its Women's College, it also offers coeducational learning through its evening, graduate, and professional studies programs. Georgian Court University was founded by the Sisters of Mercy in 1908. Formerly named Georgian Court College, the school became a university in 2004.
