Galileo Japan Trust is a real estate investment trust. The Trust owns interest in a portfolio of around 21 assets. The Trust's segments include Retail/Leisure, Office, Residential, Mixed Use (Confomall), Mixed Use (Lions Square) and Industrial. Its Office portfolio includes around seven properties in around 24,345 square kilometers, including Seishin, Azabu Amerex and Hiei Kudan, and Retail/Mixed Use portfolio includes around five properties in around 123,206 square kilometers, including La Park Kishiwada and Seiyu Minakuchi. Its Residential portfolio includes around five properties in around 39,197 square kilometers, such as Shiroi, Matsuya residence Sekime and Imazato, and Industrial portfolio includes around two properties in around 12,575 square kilometers.
