Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. is a global medical technology company. The Company partners with health care providers across care settings, by focusing on patient care solutions that improve clinical and economic outcomes in five core areas: advancing mobility, wound care and prevention, patient monitoring and diagnostics, surgical safety and efficiency and respiratory health. Its segments include Patient Support Systems, which sells and rents bed frames and surfaces and mobility solutions, as well as clinical workflow solutions; Front Line Care, which sells and rents respiratory care products, and sells vital signs, ophthalmological and cardiac diagnostic devices that assess, diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of illnesses and diseases; and Surgical Solutions, which sells operating room technology globally and provides products, including tables, lights, pendants, positioning devices and various other surgical products and accessories.
