iShares NYSE Composite ETF, formerly iShares NYSE Composite Index Fund (the Fund), is an exchange-traded fund. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the NYSE Composite Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of all common stocks, American Depository Receipts (ADRs), real estate investment trusts (REITs) and trading stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Index. The Fund invests in sectors, such as financials, oil & gas, consumer goods, industrials, healthcare, consumer services, basic materials, technology, telecommunications and utilities. BlackRock Fund Advisors (BFA) serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
