for some reason i had to change my screen name. the google finance
upgrade smoked my other screen name (norton). based on today's mess, i
think my new screen name is appropriate.

Thanks to Feeeed for keeping us all calm while all this was goin down
albeit some accused him of being MIA. Just an FYI,  during the time
that Feeeed was missing,  I was emailing him back in forth with
questions as to how low it would go because I wanted to BUY MORE at
the bottom. People don't hide in plain sight if they're sketchy and
they don't return to battle the unbelievers if they're affiliated with
a scam. They take their money and run. Period.

did u see the video that i posted sadman? i want to get this cock
sucker man. from that video you can tell that he orchestrated this
"the night before until 2AM" what he does can't be legal can it????
secondly, the video is poor because i tried to only record the segment
on PSPM so it wouldn't be huge. The section i missed, he says "call it
fraud, stealing, SCAMMING, whatever - it works". I wish I had that
segment to show you. I am trying to see if I can restore the video but
my capturing software is confusing....I want to report him to the
SEC.

And yeah, really odd that we couldn't freakin post today? this dude
doesnt have that much money does he? LOL

I like his comment that Lee doesn't own any shares. And then there was
the financing comment, as if we all didn't know that dilution was a
possibility. Dilution poses no threat so long as the company continues
to grow with lightening speed and numerous contracts. There's nothing
wrong with selling new shares to raise capital; and it's probably a
much better option than taking on financing debt from a bank that will
most likely collapse, so please don't position it as if it's always a
bad move for shareholders. I appreciate the fact that you said you
weren't directing your comments at PSPM. Although I imagine that was
because you were just merely planting the seed of doubt. Planting
doubt, a common trait of the shorty in an effort to undermine a
company's successes. Whatever dude......

killsho: I'm not Tim Sykes and I'm not just trying to give you a hard
time. I'm trying to give you some information that can help you. When
company insiders buy or sell shares of their stock they have to file
them with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It's the law.
Purespectrum should have these filings listed on their website under
"SEC Filings". They do not. No problem; we can always look them up
ourselves on the SEC website. If you do this you'll find that Mr.
Vanatta doesn't own any shares. See for yourself:
http://idea.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-idea?CIK=0001371466&action=getcompany
Now, if you think this is some kind of crazy conspiracy, do a search
yourself on "SEC" and then do a search on Purespectrum. And if you
reread my first post you'll see that I never said that a company using
shares of its stock in a finance deal was necessarily a bad thing. It
all depends on the deal, and that's my point. We don't know because
they don't tell us, and they should. Shareholders are part owners and
have the right to know these things. The only seeds of doubt being
planted here is by the company itself by not being more forthcoming.

honest, hard working share holders were cheated out of there
money....what deflating and sad day for the people the bought in at
the top.

I am still in long at .25 & .40..........But it is difficult to shake
off the disgusting taste of that sell off. NOTHING is safe anymore
with the combination greed, computers and technology. Trust no one!
People across every forum we know of, including this one,  were being
told to buy, buy, buy. Even on the third day over its last .10 cent
climb.........There were expensive blocks of shares accumulated on the
top have of the climb. Those people must have felt devastated whe then
got home from there jobs and saw this mess. Do your own diligence
people, buy only when you want to buy, and wait for the dips after it
has already had a substantial rise. Unfortunately here, there were no
dips, just a massive landslide back down to where we started. I
personally had never experienced this before....but it takes
everything you have to hold ground and not flinch!

Look, I sent a personal email to bottomfeeed and sdam apologizing for
my comments.  I was frustrated and angry.   Whatever money I made or
loss in this stock is irrelevant, however, I really feel bad for my co-
workers and family member losses.  I did recommend this stock to many
of them people.  They are now asking me what they should do.  As
stated above, the stop loss triggered so I am completely out.  I am
trying to get a feel on what to expect next week and beyond.  I
apologize for any misstatement current or in the past that was taken
out of context.

I would like to ask one question that has been bothering me.  If
shareholders do hold or buy back in, how does this company or
shareholders avoid this short selling in the future?  How could one
150K trade cause this?  If I would have made this same 150K trade on
Wednesday, would this drop have happened.
