I just followed her briefly, not buying, but just paying attention,
and how she makes money is beyond me. She makes the WORST
recommendations I have seen on TV. CROX is a good example.

Hey, give Kate a break!  She said short MBIA when they were at 28.
Dang it,  I wish I would have taken her advice then and beside she's
cute.

I have no idea why people are buying Fannie.  It needs to drop into
the teens.  It doesn't take a genius to know that a company that
strictly deals with mortgages is not in a good place right now.  There
is no reason for FNM to be up, if people want to buy wait till it hits
$15.

I would suggest it is a technical rebound.  Because the stock has
plummeted so much in the last 3 months some buyers initially are
wiping out the people who have shorted the stock and are trying to hit
their stops probably the day traders.  Stock then driven down again.
I would agree that Fannie is downtrending and I wouild expect to see
it lower than $15 unless significant news or update happens.

We are just saying $15 as an arbitrary number.  But it should be
somewhere in the teens.

Yeah I'm gonna buy a lot of shares of FRE and FNM once they have
closed up to the bottom of the barrel.  I don't give a damn coz I can
keep these shares for the next two to three years as a fixed
investment.  Eventually these stocks are gonna rise and then I will
cash it all in.  Boooooooooooya Cramer!!!  Take that...

And to all the negative analysts all over....F*** You!!!

i own FNM and FRE at like low $20s and i am IN THE HOUSE OF
PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU ALL NEED TO START BUYING SO I AM NOT GONNA BE KILLED ON OPTIONS
FRIDAY!!

Seriously.......it's like that "It's a wonderful life" movie. Are you
gonna panic and ruin the bank........? Just take a deep breath and
send the stock back to $30s where it belongs.  The real issue is: Are
Americans a bunch of dirt bags who walk away from their contracts just
because they have negative equity? Or do we live up to our
responsibilities and be adults and honor the mortgage......Seriously,
just get me to March 21 then you can do whatever the heck you want.
I'm going back to CDs that pay 2%....I think i lost 10% today.

I suggest you sell it, or you hold on to it for 10 years, because it
is then when you will profit.  No one is going to buy FNM and FRE.
They are very likely to loose significant amount of money.  They could
still loose upto $50 billion if not more.  Believe me I invested in
FNM too and lost some money salvage whatever you can.  It will
drowning into mid teens very soon.
