Subject: Fannie Mae vs Freddie Mac
Why is there always at least 20-30 cents difference between Fannie and
Freddie? And the pickup of Fannie is also very slow as compared to
Freddie's rise.
Although both share approximately the same beta and both companies are
related to each other!

i also noticed this - but i feel this is great for FNM shareholders

FRE always takes off before FNM, and always falls first...
Use this as a judge in order to buy and sell..

Im in at 1.05 - out when it touches 1.40

Because the same people (GOVERNMENT) own both and trade both equally.

Oh yeah sure... the typical "I should of used my crystal ball".  Odds
are 50/50 you will get greedy and will NOT get out at this current
peak.  You will get out at least $0.10 below whatever it peaks at
because you will get greedy and thinking you know how to invest and
eventually lose about 10-20% of what you could of made.

Have fun on the ride down.  Let's see how good you are at predicting
the top.  It should be a blast!

will drop it MUST BE because he/she is shorting it.  Another noob I
see that rmemorized punch lines and investing jargon and now is a

did not. That why he pissed. If it goes to 2 he even more pisses. O.k.
Mike, I will tell you when I will sell the rest of my share. I'm out
some at 1.20 already. Will see if it goes more then 1.20. I set stop-
loss at 1.10 just to let you know. The higher it goes the higher my
stop-loss.

No good on the profits.  Lucky on the buy in price.  All I'm saying is
if FNM can go this high this fast, what is stopping it from dropping
just as fast, if not faster?  Things to think about.  Reason why I
won't touch this stock anymore.  Not worth the risk.

I can't get your point
either you believe these companies worth something and will survive,
so shares will go up in 1-2-3 years, but not to 2 or 3, but to 20-30,
cause the company survive. Smth like AIG
or you believe they are worthless and will end up closed and delisted,
then get out of these stocks
otherwise it's just gambling, you never know if it jumps or falls
down.. just trying to pick the wave, in 50% in works, in 50% it doesnt
