Subject: Deal with WFC makes no sense...
If Citi could give the government to 14 billion in warrants to
backstop anything beyond 42 billion in loss, with the passage of the
bill, the backstop becomes unnecessary, they could simply take the 14
billion back from the government and give it to the shareholders and
just absorb the whole dam thing and just collapse what is redundant.

The FDIC allowing WFC  to take WB for 15B does not make sense, but
whatever.. I'll take it any way I can get it :-)
