I would have just gone on-line and made a payment to the company
electronically? All you need is the name of the company and the
account number. If you were going through Ford Motor Credit they would
have applied it same day. What most people do not understand is your
check that you write has your account number on the check. I would
trust an electronic payment much more so than a check that could get
routed incorrectly or lost in transit. These kind of issues do not
happen to me.
