Frank,

Thank you for your upfront opinion, but my story is not a hoax, first
of all on a simple interest loan contract, the lender must insure an
individual recieves a billing statement and proper address. why? To
insure payment.( Ask an attorney).

2) On my contractual agreement, their was no billing address for Ford
Motor Credit. If you would like, I would be more than happy to fax
over the front and back of my contract to you .

3) When this issue started, I immediatley contacted my attorney and he
stated, insure you send e-mails, this would insure you have a record
pertaining to your requests. Mr. Sottile you travel quite a bit, and
If you don't recieve your billing statements or a proper address, how
can you remember to pay your bill? He further stated, this issue will
continue to be habitual.

4) I even went as far as to contact a Ford Motors Dealer ( Extreme
Ford in Crystal Lake Il) They also gave me the wrong address. Here is
my question? I sent over one hundred e-mails to Ford Motor Credit,
Why? asking them to change my billing zip code to 60156, I also
contacted a Ford Motor Credit company, what did they do? Nothing.

5) As a borrower, I also have legal  rights, and one of them is this.
The Lender must send me a billing statement and proper address. why
Frank? To insure they get paid.

6) I went above and beyond my scope to insure Ford Motor Credit got
paid? I even sent in my July and August Payments, when I stated to
Ford Motor Credit, the billing address I recieved from Extreme Ford In
Crystal Lake Il may no be correct. Here was Ford Motor Credits
response, not Mr. Sottile here is the correct address. No  Frank they
stated If we don't receive your payment in five days, we'll destroy
your credit.( Would you like a copy of that e-mail correspondence
Frank?

As for my yahoo domain, I purchased my e-mail account through yahoo,
what is the big deal.  My good friend who has ten law offices
throughout the U.S. has a g-mail domain name.

If people aren't willing to believe my story, that's fine, but
hopefully this never happens to you.Frank if you can't legally
understand this issue, then I can't help you. Remember this, people
who tell the truth, will alwys win in a court of law,and  the court of
public opinon. You can't dismiss e-mails, their a very strong form of
evidence. I will no longer respond to these rediculous allegations, my
case is rock solid, and if people can't understand, then I truly feel
sorry for you.

Thank You,
Tony( Chester) Sottile
