Subject: Mr. William Clay Ford, are your companies tactics fair or Legal?
To whom it may concern,

I wanted to start my discussion pertaining to Ford Motors and Ford
Motor Credit, unlawfully repossessing my 2004 Ford Explorer XLT.

Everything I'm about to write is totally true and can be proved by my
over abundance of evidence. Let me start out by saying, the 2004 Ford
Explorer XLT was purchased for my son when he turned sixteen. Here is
it gets crazy. I signed my simple loan contract in April of 2007, and
my first payment was due in to Ford Motor Credit in June of 2007.

When I didn't receive my first payment, I immediately contacted Ford
Motor Credit via e-mail, and stated what happened to my billing
statement and proper address? They stated, we were given the wrong zip
code by Extreme Ford in Crystal Lake IL. I then contacted Ford Motor
Credit via phone, and asked what is your proper address. The young
lady stated here you go Mr. Sottile.  I then stated Please understand,
due to fact I was a victim of identity theft I wouldn't pay my payment
by phone or online again.

Her response was, you can be guaranteed, you would receive your
billing statement and proper address. To make a long story short, the
Customer Service Rep gave me the wrong address, how did I know this?
My July payment came back as address unknown, So I then again
contacted Ford Motor Credit via e-mail and stated, I still hadn't
received one billing statement or proper address.

Their response was, if we don't receive your payments we'll destroy
your credit. How about Mr. Sottile, we'll rectify this issue, but for
now here is the proper address. I then contacted Extreme Ford in
Crystal Lake IL, and stated do you have the correct billing address
for ford Motor Credit? The young lady stated this may be correct but
I'm not sure. I then contacted Ford Motor Credit, and stated the
Address I was given maybe incorrect. What was Randall's response, If
we don't receive your payments in five days, we'll destroy your
credit. Well I sent out my July and August payments to an address I
thought maybe correct, and guess what happened? They both got lost in
the mail.

The issue surrounding this problem was an improper zip code. I sent
Ford Motor Credit over one hundred e-mails, begging them to use a
60156 zip code, instead of the 60102 they was using.  Did they? No.
They then unlawfully repossessed my truck under the premise I was
delinquent. How can you be delinquent, when you made attempts to make
your payments on time, sent over a hundred e-mails that stated please
send my billing statements and proper address to a 60156 zip code?
Yet
This was this ever done.

Did I ever receive anything with a 60156 Zip code yes. You're going to
love this. I received a questioner that stated; is Ford Motor Credit
meeting your needs? I immediately sent e-mail to Ford Motor Credit
that stated I'm vindicated the 60156 zip code worked. What was their
response? Not here is your billing statement, so you know what you
owe, and from today forward you can pay your payments on time, That
would be to easy, they just repossessed my truck.

Since this time, I filed a police report, contacted an attorney, and
the news media. Why? How many people has Ford Motor Credit done this
too?

During this time, I've been dealing with a Mr. Steve Powell at Ford
Motor Credit, I've sent him over seventy e-mails regarding this
matter, and his response was silence. I did receive two letters from
Mr. Powell under what zip code? 60156.

How did he respond? Mr. Powell's letters were written with false
information, not to mention very vague. Then he unlawfully sold this
vehicle, here is the best part Ford Motor Credit has destroyed my
credit, put an open repossession on it, and destroyed my credit
regarding missed payments, in which I never had a billing statement or
proper address to insure my payments were on time.

Here is my question? How do you pay something you can't see, and mail
it into an address you don't know? My attorney and the
Media agree.

Why am I posting this, my plan is to file a very large lawsuit against
Ford Motor Credit, for the unlawful repossession of my Ford Explorer
the unlawful sale of my Ford Explorer, not to mention the willful and
deliberate destruction of my credit. My attorney and the media all
agree. If anyone else has gone through this type of experience with
Ford Motor
Credit; please free to contact me. I believe if they've done this to
me, then how many other people have they done this too. I believe as
well as my attorney, we all deserve the proper compensation regarding
their less the admiral tactics.

Every e-mail and correspondence between Ford Motor Credit, not to
mention Mr. Powell and myself I have in my possession to verify my
case. To make a long story short, I never received a billing statement
or proper address since the inception of this loan in April of 2007.
Did
Ford Motor Credit knows this? Yes I sent over one hundred and seventy
e- mails explaining why I wasn't able to make my payments. No billing
Statement or proper address.

Thank You,
Tony (Chester) Sottile
