Tony, I feel sorry for you then. I'm sorry things like this happened
to you, but you had plenty of time to avoid these issues and you used
the back doors instead of going thru the front.
But heaven forbid you actually drive to any ford dealership to go get
the information yourself.... that takes 30 minutes round trip in most
scenarios. I find it illogical that they dont' have the billing
information at a local dealership because... THAT IS WHERE THEY SEND
THE MONEY!
