When you sign a loan, it will usually have the address stated on where
to send the loan on your copy of the documents.

Further, Ford is not at fault for your failure to pay either by
internet or phone until the mailing address issues were figured out.
This was your choice.

Why was automated withdrawal not an option?

Why was Extreme Ford of Crystal Lake, IL not further involved?  Are
you telling me you made only a single phone call to Crystal Lake Ford
and hung up after the lady said she may have the incorrect address?

Just because you attempt to make a payment on something does mean that
the payment was made.

I don't even know why I'm having this discussion, I believe this
entire issue with Ford Credit to be a hoax.
