Subject: General Electric Has A New Metric
A New Metric For General Electric

As of the close of NYSE business for 01-31-2008

GE had a relative price change of 1.2%. It also had a positive
Relative Price AccelerationŽ of 0.69%. If the relative price
acceleration stays positive, over the next few days, then more price
increases certainly would not be unlikely events.

In the absence of any (new) market disturbing news, or the
occurrence of any unforeseen material development, it is
forecasted, at approximately 9:45 EST, 01-31-2008,  that
GE will close on 02-01-2008 at a price of $35.28 or within
a narrow range thereof.

An unexpected development:Microsoft's $44 Billion bid to buy Yahoo
qualifies as an unexpected market development.
Therefore the forecast is "retro-actively" withdrawn.
