  Dell is not going to hit $17 before GE after the Perot purchase, it &lt;br&gt; was the dumbest strategic move.   GE has a pretty low short ratio right now.   Such a liquid company. they&#39;re entering hot markets such as RFID, &lt;br&gt; water recycling, and dont forget GE supplies 1/3 of Energy in the &lt;br&gt; world. What makes it liquid is the fact that it has access to TARP and &lt;br&gt; TALF, basically getting free money, and investing it, and over the &lt;br&gt; time it will cover the loan losses.   I agree about the cycle but not about the levels. There isn&#39;t enough &lt;br&gt; information to determine how it will go until the NBC deal is &lt;br&gt; announced. It&#39;s not priced in completely yet. It really depends on how &lt;br&gt; well they present it, the stock can reach over $18 before it goes to &lt;br&gt; lows of $15, but right now it&#39;s a grey area.. However, i speculate
