Congratulations to those of you who entered the War Room Strategy
Session for GE trade on October 5th of this year. I am looking for a
new trade with the current GE stock we are holding. Read up on the

Eh, they should keep it at 10 cents. Raise it back to 30 when they
can. None of this half assed sh^t. If the money is to be used to
bring the company back to it's golden years then so be it, I don't

umm.. your wrong. i read that article and its wrong too. I get your
point, and nobody is living off their 401k because 1, its still a
relatively new investing option, and 2, its supplemental. that's the
big problem. people don't realize its not and never was mean to be the

Interesting view. Here's my question: Why would I look at an iPhone
all day instead of my nice big monitor? It's a nonsensical form factor
to "replace" the desktop computer.

Another point: Chrome OS will not take any of Microsoft's OS market
share; rather, it will increase the competition among open-source

Here is my concern (and why I don't want to hold a big position going
into this announcement) - I believe Comcast agreed to a very generous
valuation on NBCU with the requirement that GE needs to be the one
paying Vinvendi.

Dell is not going to hit $17 before GE after the Perot purchase, it
was the dumbest strategic move. They're bleeding retail market share.
Instead of consolidating position, they're entering new market while
losing reputation in bread and butter market. Yes they have cash, but
they wasted it on wrong move. They'll be smoked in medical equipment.

GE has a pretty low short ratio right now. The shorts will pile on
after the Vivendi announcement (whether or not the price spikes up
before this happens will depend on how good a deal Jeff negotiated).
I think Dell will hit 17 before GE, so I prefer to ride Dell up, then
come back for GE's ride up 17.

The shorts are f****ed here.... And so are those who have been waiting
for a correction since the S&P hit 950. I continue to believe we are

Nov Pricing still very weak, indicating not a lot of confidence GE
will be much above 16 by week's end (keeping above 16 has been a
fight, but looks like enough buyers to hold it).

Dec pricing remains bullish, though not as bullish as a couple days
ago. This is probably because GS was already buying Dec Calls earlier

My gut is telling me we may see a big upswing soon. There are too many
aggressive bears shorting the market right now, and if they trade
along technical lines, they will have to cover very soon, because the
charts are showing a clear uptrend.

Such a liquid company. they're entering hot markets such as RFID,
water recycling, and dont forget GE supplies 1/3 of Energy in the
world. What makes it liquid is the fact that it has access to TARP and
TALF, basically getting free money, and investing it, and over the

I agree about the cycle but not about the levels. There isn't enough
information to determine how it will go until the NBC deal is
announced. It's not priced in completely yet. It really depends on how
well they present it, the stock can reach over $18 before it goes to
lows of $15, but right now it's a grey area.. However, i speculate

the next "X" date is December 12-15th is the date. My broker told me
it and I can't remember which date but it's between those dates I

I am long here, but also looking out for a candle stick... a sharp

Beautiful, $16 is broken, now lets hope it breaks $16.5, that will be
good sign.
FYI, Vivendi made a very major acquisition, sending a clear signal
they'll sell their stake. It seems to be encouraging for GE's plans.
