CIT has announced a contingency plan which will allow the courts to
approve CIT's bankrupty reorganization plan & the federal government
will give a 2nd & final bailout. This is has happened to General
Motors aswell just several months ago. CIT is "too big" to fail, as
stated by the Treasury department today. Contact (CIT) Investor
