Subject: Hummer H3 Truck with $25 Billion?
As you well know, in the midst of Congress passing the $700 Billion
Bailout, Congress approved the $25 Billion tax-payer bailout for the big 3 auto makers. Yet, with gas prices so high, and credit tightening up, why would GM go to Congress and ask for $25 Billion...only to turn around and introduce another Hummer truck??? Yes, that's right! Another Hummer truck to be sold in the worst economy we have seen in decades, and GM has the audacity to beg for $25 Billion...what kind of country is this?
