State Farm Tags Dell, Sony With House Fire Costs
Law360, New York (February 11, 2009) -- A State Farm unit is going
after Dell Inc. and Sony Corp. of America, claiming the computer
makers are liable for a house fire started by a defective laptop and
owe the carrier more than $235,000 it paid to the homeowner.

State Farm Florida Insurance Co. lodged its complaint Tuesday in the
U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, alleging Dell
