I have no specific information, but there has been an ongoing rumor of
a merger or acquisition of ENER.

That would be great news for all of us, in the short term at least.

AMAT rumor has been bantered about for over six weeks now, but no
specific related news today that I'm aware of.  The $18 target they
discuss would be nice if it came to fruition.
