What makes you think that? They do have $664 000 000 in cash, more
than enough to obtain a majority position in ENER. They also have
great liquidity with a quick ratio of 3.42. I'm curious what caused
the two spikes to ENER share price on the 8th and 11th. I started
thinking a possible hostile takeover, but I have no idea.

I do think yesterday the spike showed a big interest in ENER. I just
don't think we are there yet. Jump in a little at a time. It might be
better to invest a little at a time on the way down with a pot of
money and then wait for a couple of years (you never know when it will
start). Maybe five years.

It is a good company tezgah. However, I don't think the solar industry
is done losing it's market value. ENER could be below 5 per share real
soon.
