AMAT rumor has been bantered about for over six weeks now, but no
specific related news today that I'm aware of. The $18 target they

I have no specific information, but there has been an ongoing rumor of
a merger or acquisition of ENER.

Not only is ENER extremely undervalued and due to rally on earnings,
but there are also incredible M&A opportunities, one of which is bound
to happen this week. The previous information was that the premium
will be $18/share, though I suspect it might actually come in higher.
This stock should trade above 13 today, then jump to near the premium

When there are this many takeover rumors, it usually turns out to be
true.
If anything, this particular stock is a buy here regardless of
takeover IMO.

The earnings should be released next month (11/9). In the past, ENER
has been greatly affected by earnings of other solar manufacturers,
like FSLR. The other possibility is that there is some short covering.
