  If foreclosures were the only factor, I&#39;d agree. Not to mention &lt;br&gt; unemployed / under-employed folks. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;The thing is, a lot of people still have a house. A house with a &lt;br&gt; leaky sink, or a broken dish washer.   I&#39;m actually surprised that HD is trading over $23.00 right now. But I &lt;br&gt; expect a drop as the winter season comes. I might pick up some then. &lt;br&gt; Past performance is no indicator of future performance, though. I just &lt;br&gt; usually see it drop around winter every year.
