I live next to a big Home Depot and know 3 people that work there and
I see the traffic noticeably less than last year. They cut all

OK, so HD has announced a 22.5 cent dividend payable at the end of
June. If you hold stock on 6/11, you get the dividend.

In a perfect world, if I bought on 6/10, given no up or down, I'd make
a 22.5% profit by month-end. However, I have to assume that the
dividend comes into play in the price somehow.
