After such a long period of declining price DRL is trading with a very
low propensity to go lower. If the tide is high, then DRL will go
high. I think.

I agree; they still may report a Q1 loss but, it *may* be an even
smaller loss than last quarter's. THus, they are gaining forward
momentum.

I know a Puerto Rican guy who knows a lot about this company; he says
that sub-prime mortgages never took off in PR; the PR'ians didn't
trust them! so DRL never had sub-prime mortgages as any part of its
portfolio. I also foun out, though, that there are more PR's in NYC
than in PR! most of their business is in NY, NY. That could be causing
problems.

Hi guys, I'm from the Island. I have my mortgage with Doral.
They have always being one of the best options in terms of mortgages
here in PR.

I know the stock is already cheap, but proceed with caution.
They suspended dividends, they had a huge loss and they are on "credit
watch" (S&P).

I will wait and watch. I think they can reach $1 buck.
