Look at the doral history, it ranged from 1.6 to 19.0, it is just at

With the current earning .27x4 = $1.08, DRL is trading < 4X earning,
expected future earning is even better.

Compared to other companies, DRL should be trading ~ $5 - $6.

Hi guys, I'm from the Island. I have my mortgage with Doral.
They have always being one of the best options in terms of mortgages
here in PR.

I know the stock is already cheap, but proceed with caution.
They suspended dividends, they had a huge loss and they are on "credit
watch" (S&P).

I will wait and watch. I think they can reach $1 buck.

I agree; they still may report a Q1 loss but, it *may* be an even
smaller loss than last quarter's. THus, they are gaining forward

I know a Puerto Rican guy who knows a lot about this company; he says
that sub-prime mortgages never took off in PR; the PR'ians didn't
