I think the housing decline will continue, since the outlook for 2008
is bleak and most of the housing companies will come with big losses
which the investors cant even think of. So be preprared for the worse.

Exactly....The downtrend is still in play and we can see much more
write-downs in the coming quarters. until some demand in existing home
sale is seen its better to wait.
