I have had LEN from $8.57...it is now time to sell and start shorting
it. Look at all thee technicals on this one. I don't see it going much
higher than $12.80 in the near term. I am seeing a market correction
coming soon....everything is way overbought. What do you guys think?

Sorry all with hopes, I usually don' t do this, but I am shorting
it all in.
There is no way they out of the trouble,,, I believe there is
something artificial about how high this is...
It will go down... if not tomorrow ,,,than after that, but will go
down soon.

But EPS is negative, bottomline is still in the red. Sold more houses
at a discount bec. of pressure from foreclosed homes in which they
cannot compete with right now.

I would not be surprised this will be an inverted V in the next few
days. Right now it has good support at $9.0 but last minute profit

How can it go under 8.50? look at this : " LEN reported revenue of
$891.9 million, beating analysts' estimates of $599.5 million. "
That is what pushing this thing up. yeah yeah I shorted it too, but I
think I am getting thought a lesson on this one...

I'd take profits now nothing wrong with that before it closes below
$8.25.

It did it because earnings per share were bad, but total sales topped
estimates, will be a rocky road , but if you long term investor, I see
future in this one.
