I agree with Smith - hang in there on the short. Earnings are bad and
getting worse for at least the next 2 quarters.

I do think you can expect home buying to pickup from this point
forward due to the lower interest ratesand masive discounts. But, it
will take a loooooooong time before that equates into profits for LEN
- if ever.  Its my opinion that they have at least a year to clear out
existing supply at below-cost prices. But, prepare for better comps.
You'll here good news on the comparable sales starting in about 90
days which could lead to a higher stock price.

No profits for the home builders until demand exceeds supply. When
will that be????
