I don't know. If you look at the stock compare to other defense
companies (NG, GD, SAIC, BA), they're all pretty much in line over the
last few months. I think people are nervous as to whether Lockheed
can keep up with their recent profits.
There has also recently been a lot of scrutiny from Congress over out
of control spending by government contractors which can end up
lowering profits. With the recent news that Lockheed gave money back
to the government, it looks like they're trying to look tough when it
comes to reigning in costs.
