Giuliani is huge on technology. He used computers to track and find
patterns in crime in NYC. He advocates Raytheon's border patrol
technology and is for the use of advanced military technologies in
Iraq.
Raytheon seems to be a better play on this, but since LMT is the
largest defense contractor, a lot of money will be thrown their way.
