I've been doing good trading AAPL options last time but this Dubai thing screwed me bought those on Nov-23
should I sell at a loss or average down now?

I would sell. DIJA may be due to a small correction if you look at its
chart, just like its been duin last 4 months and that would bring AAPL even lower. By the time it gets back up you may loose time value in you options and the stock would have to be even higher than when you boght those just to break even. I would not average down with these options either, its just adding more mental and $$ commitment to a so far loosing positoins.
