How can you write an
analysis on a product and ignore the only directly competing product
that has been recommended in 100% of the 2009 tech product gift-giving
guides?

I know I trumpet the Zune HD quite a bit, but you have to agree that

FYQ2'10 is when they make the switch. Why? because thats when the
difference between GAAP and non-GAAP earnings will be the smallest,
with GAAP earnings possibly being higher than non-GAAP. At that point
they'll have 7 quarters of Iphone sales since they switched to
subscription based accounting. This means they'll have to sell nearly

Look at Apple earnings last year in January....How will this quarter
compare to that quarter last year? Apple will blow out earnings
expectations. Look at AMZN and every other retaile...All of them
doing very well. The economy is obviously recovering. AAPL earnings
next month will beat expectations. The stock here at 190 is a Buy.

Im not sure what the market is thinking here, but lots of people seem
to be bearish on AAPL.

If it retrenches to match DOW / NASDAQ growth it would put AAPL in the
168 - 172 range.

I would hope not, but if it breaks (and closes) below 190, the next
support is??? where??
