I need to create random keys for my void.is web site's
articles.

for example, lets say there is a folder name /articles
there will be a file named index.php in that folder
or 0.php most likely 0.php given that we will use mod_rewrite
to redirect /article/___KEY____ to the /article/0.php?id=____KEY___

I do not want to use just numbers, or just letters
i believe i need to mix letters and numbers, and it should be
perhaps case insensitive although it will look like
key sensitive so maybe in the future it will become key sensitive.

to do this i must create 2 arrays within php.

$letters =
$numbers =

letters will be A to Z. and a to z
numbers will be 1 to 0

i grab 3 random letters
and then 1 random number
and then 2 random letters
and then 1 random number
and then 1 random letter

this is a key. it is to be verified if it already exists or not
if not it becomes a key to an article. it becomes an article id.

i believe this is a good way of doing it.

perhaps it should be shorter. perhaps we do not need a letter
at the end.
