Light? Um, there is no such thing as light right now. Only insanity.
There is no rational reason for most of what is happening in the
market. Hedge funds selling off? Maybe. Who knows.

80% institutional ownership of the common stock. I'd guess the experts
see something they don't like, maybe the debt and large market cap the
company has?  I'm wondering if the stock market can go to zero at this
point, nothing makes sense. Time to buy? I dunno.
