Just when we thought gold might be on the way to $750 and silver to
below $15 an ounce, sure enough, oil futures surged to a new record over $120 a barrel Monday, raising concerns about higher prices for gasoline and goods and services throughout the economy. Retail gas prices fell more than a cent over the weekend, but oil's advance increased the likelihood that pump prices would resume their climb. As I write, gold is back up to $871 and silver is at $16.66. A huge headline in the London Times and two recent reports sheds some vital light on this topic. The link below brings the story together, and it's one investors can't afford to miss. Marc, http://ChecktheMarkets.com |
