Subject: Warning: Boycott of FOX advertisers
Due to Fox News' exclusion of Ron Paul from their upcoming New
Hampshire forum, Dr. Paul's supporters will be contacting all of Fox's
advertisers and demanding that they withdrawal their ad buys on Fox
stations or face boycotts.

Angering customers is not good for anyone's business.

I'm hearing chatter among a few very popular political forums
(memberships breaking over 1000 each) and communities that due to
FOX's exclusion of Ron Paul (in what they're calling blatant
censorship) investers holding NWS have had it and are going to dump
shares!

This guy's supporters managed to throw over $10 million at the guy
over two seperate days.  Who knows what this group is capable of!

I'm taking my money and running...

Agreed. If they can raise him $18.5MM in a single quarter (reportedly
almost twice what the next highest candidate has raised), then moving
this stock southward does not seem out of the question.

Although I do not have any NWS in my own portfolio, I just showed this
info to my two brothers-in-law (computer techie type investors) and
they do and are both dumping on Monday as well. AND, they'll be
forwarding this thread to THEIR family members who are in the market
as well.

What is all this hype about Fox and Ron Paul.  Everywhere I look,
people are talking about boycotting the Fox sponsors and dumping NWS
shares.  What the hell is going on and shoud I be concerned?  I guess
I'll be watching and ready to sell Monday morning if there is going to
be this huge run like the forums are predicting.  Oh well, I've been
wanting to get rid of my shares anyway.

I have placed all FOX/News Corp related television properties on the
block list of my cable box. I have also made the decision to boycott
their advertisers, and contact them stating I will not be patronizing
them until they pull advertising from News Corp. properties. I also
will not see any movies at the theater produced by a News Corp owned
studio. I have notified the theater chains in my area, as well as the
local FOX affiliate of my choice.

Of course one can take advantage of Rupert Murdock's loss by shorting
NWS on any signs of short-term strength.  But really, this goes way
beyond Ron Paul.  All of America hates NWS.  I can see this boycott
growing very fast.  And that's not the worst of it: I recall Julius
Streicher was sentenced to death at Nuremberg for his role in WW2 as
publisher of der Sturmer.  If Rupert ever faces the law for his crimes
under title 18 of the US Criminal Code, it's not going to look good
for NWS.

dump anyway, I like what another poster here wrote:

"A television news channel discriminating against a viable
presidential
candidate because they don't personally agree with his message or
does
not conform to their standards is rank electioneering and I will not
have my hard-earned dollars used for that purpose.  Excluding Ron
Paul
from the Jan. 6th Fox Forum was a HUGE insult to the thousands of
supporters he has across the country.  He consistently polls tied to
or above at least two of the candidates invited yet he's excluded.
Fair and Balanced?  I think not." -- http://tinyurl.com/2wzkqr

Time to short sell!

Fox news anchors are gong to come back Monday to thousands and
thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of emails.  Good luck reading
them all, like 5 of their emails promised me they would!

I'm a Ron Paul supporter and used to be a big fan of Fox News until I
began noticing how rude they've been to Paul.  Over the past 6 months,
I've slowly decided to simply stop watching them.

But this matter of leaving him out of the GOP debates is the straw
that broke the camel's back.  I've decided to take an active role to
boycott every sponsor of NWS.  If you really understand Ron Paul
supporters, I'm sure that you already know that there's a lot more
people with similar plans (I consider myself a relatively "mild"
supporter).

I have already contacted 23 of their main sporsors and 6 of the local
ones.  3 of the loca sponsors have assured me they did not know about
Fox excluding Ron Paul from the debates adn have told me they will be
pulling their advertising dollars.  I have let them know that us Ron
Paul supporters will now be behind their business whole hearteldy.
The three who did not find this important will be feeling the impact
of the boycot to come.

Ok, let's be perfectly clear about this. Fox News' ownership has a
proven track record of blazing a trail of "spinning" the facts. Not
just in the United States, He ownes media groups all around the world
and all have been accused of the same one sidedness. It is a simple
task to just not watch. There are many other media outlets for weather
and local news. Truth is, not many big media conglomerates are fair,
they all have a bias. None the less, we hold the remote. We make them
or break them. Just change it to the weather channel, then local news
and hey don't forget about PBS or CSPAN. I love the power of my little
remote.... Bye Fox, hello Big Bird...

I'm Canadian and I support the American people and Mr Ron Paul, quite
frankly I will block Fox TV on my remote control, its that easy, no
more BS Fox propaganda, no more support of their advertising, no more
watching shows on Fox, there are other choices PBS and CSPAN and any
channels that give Mr Paul fair treatment. I have already sent letters
to all my friends telling them of this and I know they will also
support a boycott here in Canada.

Mr Ron Paul is well respected here in Canada, American Presidents
policies have a large say in Canadian's lives, and Mr Paul seems
highly intelligent. I am thankful there are so many Americans
supporting him, I had given up hope when GB was elected. Now I see
that the people of America are on the move, were with you friends and
Mr Ron Paul in the regaining of your country (Canada's re-evolution is
next), and if it means pulling the plug on Fox TV so be it.

NetZip you said it well .... I also love the power of my remote... Bye
Fox, and Big Bird at least is honest.
