If this is how he thinks he is going to do it newscorp is in for a
world of hurt. http://www.cnn.com/2009/BUSINESS/05/07/murdoch.web.content/index.html... It's funny to watch these really old moguls try to navigate their internet holdings to be more like the old mediums they were so successful with. Charging money for news... give me a break. I have one question. When do they start streaming ESPN?!?! Disney
currently runs clips of shows on YouTube, most people would like to be able to view the full episode of their favorite show, hopefully they dont make the same decision with HULU. voicedup.com You must Sign in before you can post messages.

In what could reshape the landscape of social web sites, MTV has
agreed to split ad revenues with Facebook and Twitter. This is the first time a social networking site will share ad revenues generated from the broadcast of the show with a major content provider instead of just receiving exposure for the site. This venture will certainly lead to other social web sites to demand the same content sharing deal from large corporations looking to take advantage of the new up and coming social networking sites. Left out of this equation is Myspace. It will be interesting to see how NewsCorps Rupert Murdoch markets the second largest social web site with its 130 million members worldwide.
