Alright, so their HR "officer" is a woman.  But, the real power jobs
are all filled by white men.  So much for the company being
"progressive".

Don't get me wrong.  I am a customer, and I love their service.  But,
I would prefer to take my business to a truly progressive company.

Wait a second, I take offense to that "real power jobs" comment. HR is
one of the most important functions of any company. It can make or
break an organization.

Ok, perhaps a better way to put it would have been "obscenely
compensated executives".  I personally think anything more than 15
times the average employee's yearly pay is obscene.  However, if
they're doling out obscene payments, they should dole them out equally
among Women and minorities.

People should get paid what they are worth to the business. So if a
person that works for the company makes profit for the company, they
should be rewarded.
