Subject: Women and minorities not to be found in executive positions at "progressive".
Alright, so their HR "officer" is a woman. But, the real power jobs
are all filled by white men. So much for the company being "progressive". Don't get me wrong. I am a customer, and I love their service. But, You must Sign in before you can post messages.

Wait a second, I take offense to that "real power jobs" comment. HR is

Ok, perhaps a better way to put it would have been "obscenely
compensated executives". I personally think anything more than 15 times the average employee's yearly pay is obscene. However, if they're doling out obscene payments, they should dole them out equally among Women and minorities. You must Sign in before you can post messages.

People should get paid what they are worth to the business. So if a
