  It&#39;s happening on Aug. 27, so I&#39;m curious. It&#39;s the opposite of share &lt;br&gt; dilution, which would be good, right? But I would have less shares... &lt;br&gt; would the pps be adjusted upward after the split?

  here&#39;s a quick update on conservative valuations for partner &lt;br&gt; companies. Does this make sense? &lt;br&gt; Alliance Consulting tracking at 85MM 2007 Revenue with expected net &lt;br&gt; loss of 6 Million. Valuation: $100MM &lt;br&gt; Acsis tracking at 18MM 2007 Rev with expected net loss of $10MM. &lt;br&gt; Software rev growth of 22%. Valuation: None. Might be time to scrap
