Now let me get this straight, another lawsiut filed against Intel that
strenghthens AMD claim of anti trust and Intel stock continues to
rise , however AMD is starting to slide. Go figure this does not make
any sense to me

AMD shares don't trade on news, more than anything what it usually
does is swing violently somewhat based on the Dow, with +/- news
having a slight impact on the severity.

That's good Chumy, I really like that!  Sorry to say but your beloved
Intel has already got the three strikeouts! Talk about "this is a
losing battle"...your INTEL IS going to pay.  Like it or not, your
company got caught. Face it and live with it, they are going to get
what they "deserve", this was pretty much the last straw on the
camel's back.   They have no support, NO one believes them, the "spin"
is laughable from Intel and all the fudsters who fill the blogs and
message boards with their AMD hate are wasting their time.  The facts
are out and you can't change history.

This is a great day for me, in fact awesome!  I have been waiting
years for this and cheers to New York's Cuomo for slapping yet another
antitrust lawsuit against Intel.   Great job Craig Barret and A. Grove
with all your mafia money, are you going to try and buy the courts
now?-lol. Payback is hard.  You idiots should just settle and move on
or stay on your current coarse of self-destruction.  The big fall hard
and it's LONG overdue and about time.

DA Fox, Your the first person to mention Grove.
AMD.'s Former Chairman Sanders, affectionately know
to AMD old timers as The Col. took on Intel's "THe Mad Hungarian"
Andy Grove, alth. A bitter rivalry enused going back to Intel
getting a court order to prevent AMD from shipping the
reverse engineered 64K, 8 bit AMD chips. AMD won the suit
and every additional AMD vs iNTEl lawsuit.
Jerry Sanders (aka,Hollywood Sanders because he lived in
Hollywood, actually Beverly hills) a bit of a "dandy" once in
deposition accused Grove a being a former Nazi, using Nazi
tactics to sell his inferior chips.  Grove, a Hungarian refugee,
persecuted under Hitler as a Youth was actually a member of the
Hungarian underground freedom fighter, personally promised to put
AMD
out of business. Needless to say the comments set off a Corporate
Rivaly
that is still perused today by intel.  It's sad but Grove is the one
who
came up with all the foul play, AMD continually embarrassed Grove
where it counted in the engineering department, to l lessor extent the
courtroom.
AMD engineering achievements caused Grove to "go MAD".
Todays action is continued proof ofCriminal corporate misguidance.
Intel Corporate suit is a rats nest of corruption. iNTEL for all the
money they spend
on product R &D has squandered billions of stockholders while
Sanders always saw AMD achieved more and better for less.
