Subject: What does it take?
What you posters think about AMD as a under valued value play,
with improving operational conditions, and renewable
financial prowless.  Is AMD saleable  as a worthy investment
on these terms?  What does it take to sell it.?

I am long in. The days of this company being a legitimate BK candidate
are over. Wall Street will soon wake up to the fact that AMD will
continue to hold a fair share of the world's computer semiconductor
business despite their desire to see it go away.

AMD is a steal under$ 5. I will go all in if it dips under $4 because
the only reasonable explanation for that price given its recent
earnings and projections is manipulation - artificial selling pressure
which when abated will lead to a short squeeze.

This stock may never reach $30 again, but it is worth more than its
current price by 20-200%. Ruiz leaving is a definite positive. INTC is
also ridiculously priced.

Wall Street is so anti Obama that they won't admit the recession is
over. As the data comes in next year they will drop their politics for
what has always mattered to them most - money. We are in the early
days of a growth cycle and renewal. Semiconductors will flourish as
long as there is a need for computers, phones, PDA's, IMO. AMD is one
of many value plays after this senseless late October "correction".

Adaptor, Adaptinator, You have great style.
so Wall street needs to wake up.  Do you wonder whether
some punk kid analyst (already has the message realizes
they (his firm) has missed the Turn and is trying to tarde
the stock (shake the bushes) sorry george and see
what falls out. The Ruiz story linked AMD to the Galleon story
and got more than its fair share of press.  The more bad press
the subject of the potential short gets, deeper the vultures dig to
determine how vulnerable the media target is. They got a good look and
can't deny the facts.
Improving operations. better margins from volume wafer starts
from Chartered acquisition.
The hidden value proposition in AMD portion of Global Foundries.
Heck the last definitive article biline MarketWatch examined
said AMD owns 50% of Global Foundries. If true amd has a hidden
asset of $12 Billion, $24.00 bucks a share, As Jeff puts it on top of
$4.50 now and another $4.50 capital contribution from iNTES stupidity.
(You can thank the mad Hungarian Andy Grove, Chairman Emeriterus,
who still shares an office at iNTEL Corp. Headquarters, Palo Alto,CA.
Add it up 4.50 (market price)+24 (hidden assets)+4.50 (Inteo-gram)(tm)
(is that ULR available from GO Daddy?)  Oh my God!  Adaptinator
you get to your number and beyond pretty easy.  Got to go the men in
the white coats are coming for me.  Some guy call me "Da Ghost."
I like it and will use it form now on.   Da GHost.

They dont own 50%, they have 50% of the board because that is how
they're able to use the x86 licence that Intel gave to AMD for
GlobalFoundries.

Please stop saying this, because it is false. If I recall correctly
they own approximately 28%, perhaps less since the Chartered deal, and
the plan is for this to become less and less.

What do you think of  this remarks? Hold or Selll?
The next support for Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) lies between $3.52-
$3.87, if fails to hold above $ 4.47.
