  CIT announces a contingency plan. As soon as the courts approve CIT&#39;s &lt;br&gt; Bankrupty plan the federal government will give a 2nd bailout. This is &lt;br&gt; what happened to General Motors. Ticker GM now MTLQQ. This is great &lt;br&gt; news for the entire economy.

  I bought T two weeks ago. It&#39;s beat up but it&#39;s a blue chip. You buy &lt;br&gt; it, hold it for a decade, and draw a fat dividend during the process. &lt;br&gt; What else is there to say?
