  They need to layoff people in the wire line business to get costs in &lt;br&gt; line with declining revenue. The decline of land line business is a &lt;br&gt; very long term trend and you should be able to manage with fewer &lt;br&gt; people and lower costs.

For &lt;br&gt; example, Terra Nitrogen (very high div) is going cash flow negative to &lt;br&gt; pay its dividend.   I sold the 500 shares of T at $26.60 today that I had bought at $25.64 &lt;br&gt; a few weeks ago. I figured this was going to happen, since T has &lt;br&gt; always kinda just been the type of stock you hold onto for the &lt;br&gt; dividend. I did listen to the conference call though, and there is &lt;br&gt; room for this company to grow, as was shown in the powerpoint slides
