Refiners profit increase when the price of Crude drops but Retail
gasoline rises. This can only occur when refining capacity is

IT bounced off of the support level on Thursday and opened higher
today. It should move higher just on the tech's but with the
possiblity of a buyout come can't hurt either. Any thoughts?

man they have an awful history with that. I can't wait until it reads
something like "Valero indicted on drug trafficing" and the stock
plummets.
