I saw this as well.  Was it true that there was talk of a takeover of
FTO by VLO last year?  The price of FTO spiked to almost $33 early
June of 2008.  Could we see something like this again?

FTO has some nice refineries that aren't affected during hurricane
season. Seems like somebody will acquire them, and what better time
than now?
