All I see when I go to the malls is shoppers loaded down to bear with
WMT products, yet some jerk like MARKET INTELLIGENCE, (DORKS WITH AN
AGENDA) are attempting to lead the sheep to slaughter before WMT post
their earnings.  HIDDEN AGENDA FOR CREEPS ON WALL STREET.  Hold on to
the shares and await the earnings report.  They will not be below
estimates plus the rest of the market is giddy about Co's not failing
from abysmal earnings reportings.  Yet they are mostly below 2008
profits.  GO FIGURE.

I'm staying at least for the divy, so I'll be here past the earnings,
which I think will be good.  Analysts are predicting .86 which is the
same as last year's 2nd quarter.  If they beat even by a penny that
will be good because it not only beats but shows some earnings
increase year-over-year.

I work at Wal-mart and can tell you that the second quarter has been
good for my store / store market ( 13 stores, all up). The third
quarter won't be too good though (the stimulus from last year).

You guys need to have a serious look at symbol HTDS

This thing pushed out huge gains today and is on track to do the same
tomorrow with PR that is coming out on Wednesday about its new drugs
and intellectual property

I would also advise you to check out SKVI. They have products that can
prevent the spread of swine flu and are making MAJOR moves to get
there stuff on U.S. shelvs. They are already in Canada

My last pick SPNG is up over 150% since i reccomended it and GSIG is
up 20% since i recommended it last week

I hope you guys listen and are ready to make some money

You are absolutely right about that. I think big walstreet plaers like
Goldman have lot to do with keeping WMT price down by their downgrade.

Unfortunately, this stock may be dead money when the likes of GS
downgrade it.  Like it or not, value or not, if the big boys don't
want the stock then it's going nowhere.  There are reasons for WMT to
stagnate and the biggest reason is the mindset that once the economy
turns around, people will stop going to WMT.   Plus, where's WMT's
growth going to come from over the next 10 years if they are already
telling the investing public that they themselves see trouble in the
growth arena and will instead focus on improving margins, doing
buybacks, increasing dividends, etc.

Also, please note that a dividend of just over 2% is pathetic when you
consider the money WMT brings in and the options that are available
elsewhere.  Compare that yield to other dividend payers like KO, PG,
JNJ, PEP, etc. and you'll find those have better yields.

WMT is a good company, and it's moat seems ok for now, but how long
will it remain that way with so many others in the retail industry
biting at its heels?

I'd like to add, I do have a small position in WMT and I wouldn't mind
seeing the price go up, the dividend yield increase 15% every year
(fat chance I know), the buybacks to continue, and for the company to
remain the powerhouse retailer that it is for another 30+ years.  I
just don't have huge expectations for the stock that's all (I'd love
to be proven wrong to the upside).
