  Well, you would have to do a thorough study of that debt in the 10Ks. &lt;br&gt; Much of the debt is just that, very long-term. It&#39;s also being used &lt;br&gt; to spur growth in things that could be resold if needed (i.e. hard &lt;br&gt; assets/property).
