13000, and ATI gained 14.7%. Steel will continue to act bullish and I
would buy on pullbacks because:

# valuation overall is low
# strong fundamentals, can use extra cash for share buy backs, low
risk, etc
# high chances for consolidation
# rising steel prices
# lower imports and lower inventories will drive earnings higher from
here on

Massive support for steel. As long as there is war and construction,
commodities and specialy steel will keep going up. There is one thing
I like most about commodities vs. equities: Berkshire and Microsoft
shares may go bankrupt and cut in half or even worthless BUT (and
thats a big BUT); Steel an Gold cannot go bankrupt!
