My guess is that there is speculation on the future of Novell. They
will either buy some sigificant property with the billion that they
have, or they are an inviting target.... I think they will spend
their money adding a nice property that will blend with what they are

I too struggle as to why Novell stock suffers. Their financials are
good and especially good when compared to other tech stocks. Novell
has a whopping product portfolio that is enteprise ready and easily

This company is still very overpriced. In the best case scenario will
make 25 million this year. This company cannot cost more than 0.5 Bn,
and at 2Bn is simply too expensive. In fact 2 Bn will be still
expensive even if the company duplicates earning once a year for the
